11.05 – 11.20 International standards and experiences in monitoring of election campaigns – Vladimir Misev, Election Advisor, ODIHR

11.20 – 11.30 Presentation of Transparency Serbia’s policy paper on promotional activities of public officials in April 2016 campaign, relevant legal framework and proposals for changes, Zlatko Minic and Bojana Medenica, Transparency Serbia

11.30 – 13.00 Presentations and comments of other countries’ representatives from state bodies, CSO and academia about prevention of abuse of public resources for the purpose of election campaign and practice of public official’s promotional activities during the campaign
